Mechanism Anti-Ragging Committee

            The institute has established a cell for timely redressal of the issues pertaining to Ragging cases that may arise in the college campus. In the beginning of every session, the students (girls & boys) are given the idea about the working of the Anti-Ragging cell. Students have direct access to the members of Anti-ragging authority. The complaints received from the student or any kind of harassment in campus is forwarded to the Anti-Raggin Cell.

Mechanism Anti-Ragging Report

  • Student aggrieved can send their grievence through suggestion boxes or through personal contact with the Anti-Ragging Cell
  • The suggestion box is opened once in a week. ir the complaint is received in suggesaon box, immediate meeting of the committee members will be called on next working day. Otherwise, members are instructed to meet at least once in a semester.
  • Also, for additional layer of security, a separate Police complaint box is installed in the campus. This box is under the control of local Police authorifies.
  • All complaints are collected, analyzed, scrutinized and handled by the Anfi-Ragging Cell.
  • The Anti-Ragging Cell shall resolve the grievance within period of fifteen days of receiving the complaint
  • After receiving the complaint, the concerned parties are called and given equal opportuniGes to put their point of views. This process makes it more transparent and unbiased.
  • The Grievance Cell shall provide a copy of the acton taken to the aggrieved person(s).

            Depending on the seriousness of the problem, the issues are settled by the Anti- Ragging Cell or by the Principal in consultation with parents or faculty, as the case may be. The effective complaint management mechanism improves better stakeholder relationship and contentment.
