MOU:

             The Department of Botany has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding with the Department of Botany, Indira Gandhi Kala Mahavidyala, Ralegaon, Dist. Yavatmal in the academic session 2021-22. Both insituttes have mutually agreed to co-operate with each other in areas such as arranging career guidance and counseling programs, organization of extension activities for the benefit of local communities, organization of the Guest Lectures series, strengthening of teaching and learning process by exchange of faculty, provide platform for collaborative research activities, etc.
             In compliance with the MoU, the Departments had organized a webinar on ‘Medicinal Plants Cultivation’ under the guidance of Mr. Pankaj Manjare, CEO, PMP Herbals, Akola on 05th May, 2022 with the objectives of guiding and awaring students and local communities about the available entrepreneurship and contract farming opportunities in the field.
